Service was admirable but i honestly don’t know about the great reviews…. The cake I bought from the case was incredibly dry and the fruit inside wayyy past due. It was decorated with some very stale almonds and the other goods we bought from the case were super stale. Sketchy outside, Nostalgic inside but the overall taste wasn’t good…

I have always come here to get my birthday cakes as a child with my parents. Their cakes are delicious and not to sweet. Uses real fruit in their cake. The customer service is great. 10/10 would recommend.

I wanted almond cookies. They were closed a year ago. I recommend long’s family pastry across the block. They have decent almond cookies there.

This IS NOT the place from Kitchen Nightmares! My family and I have been loyal customers for over 25 years and this is a nice family owned bake shop that bakes delicious cakes and desserts. Always great customer service and great prices! For those who are leaving 1 star reviews: do your research!! This bakery is in Downtown Los Angeles, CA. Obviously not Arizona 🙄

I love Amy's cakes, they are always fresh and have a good price. I don't understand how this business has a 2.0 star rating, because this is a small family business owned and it has nothing to do with the Chef Ramsey show at all. This is an honest bakery and has been open for many years in Chinatown. Some reviews here are fake, and review this business solely on the name of it (Amy's Bakery) that sounds similar to (Amy's bake company) not the same people. They don't even have servers it's not a restaurant it's a small bakery.

I love Amy’s bakery, been buying here for the past 5 years and sometimes even a just because cake. That’s how good these cakes are. So affordable too. The owner might sound rude to some over the phone but she’s the sweetest in person.
