Friendly and good customer service. This is the second time I've visited this restaurant. The first time was a few months ago, and the chicken soup was fresh and delicious. But this second time, it had no flavor; it was cold and tasted like water. This time, it had no taste at all. And the tortillas were disgusting. I found a hair in one; I almost vomited. I had a very bad experience. Maybe they changed chefs. 🤔 The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because the waitress was very kind and attentive.
Fantástico! They started us out with the best homemade salsa (& chips) that I have ever eaten. I had my favorite, an authentic chili relleno. My partner had chicken fajita. Everything was freshly made, hot and delicious. The service was extremely friendly and helpful even though the server did not speak English and I do not soak Spanish.
Little but packs a punch in great tasting food. Server even warned us about the no parking order from 4pm-6pm so we parked elsewhere incase you go during these hours beware please this was a fair warning. They even have quarters for when you need to keep the meter on green
This place is horrible! I went in to eat, and the woman at the desk was very rude. She basically told me that she would not serve me because my elderly grandmother had a service dog. I even asked to place the order at the door, and then she began saying "I dont speak english." She was being very nice to the spanish family that was there eating however. Will be reporting to the BBB, and filing a complaint against this establishment.
Decided to give Graziella another chance at the urging of my co-workers who were in the mood for pizza on a Wednesday afternoon. What a big mistake. Ordered a plain pie and nothing else. Pizza came about 30 minutes later. Which was pretty quick. After we opened the pizza box and tried to cut the slices, the cheese and crust were both rubbery! I can't believe it! This pizza had to have been an order that was either sent back or never picked up and they just reheated it in their oven prior to delivering it to us. Took a lot of effort just to chew a slice. The entire layer of rubbery cheese came right off the rubbery oil-soaked bread. We all looked at each other and wondered what the hell happened to this pizza pie. After that experience my co-workers and I are forever done with Graziella. They used to have high quality pizza back in the days. Such a shame they no longer care about the quality of their food or the customers who buy it.
Little hole in the wall. It is a Salvadorian restaurant not Mexican. I ordered the tamal of Mole and it was not good. My horchata was more like atol. Been there, done that, won't do it again.
Always friendly and courteous staff. Food is great and recommended NOT to change recipe of chicken soup; which is delicious!
I usually come this restaurante with my family and friends but for last 2 times including today the service and food is getting from bad to worse, they are offering some specific plate but at end they serve something different to save they food and keep serving to the other clients.
