I wouldn’t recommend spending money on entrance fees for their events, especially if you are of color. You’d likely have a better time going to a regular bar and having a drink with friends. The bartender(black beanie) was openly biased and accused us of stealing drinks. Why anyone would want to steal a cheap vodka soda is beyond me. This wasn’t the New Year’s Eve energy we were hoping for. The venue itself had a nice ambiance and the music was okay, but unfortunately that doesn’t make up for the rude staff.
Honestly holy shit, this is the worst experience ive had on a night out, the bartender was rude, poured the most watered down rum and coke ive ever seen (for 17.5 dollars no less!) And when i asked to make it a little stronger she made a whole show of pouring the smallest drop she could! The people on the dance floor feel very comfortable touching you and moving you, and had some unpleasant groups, def not coming back here EVER what a terrible night out.
I’m shocked by the service here. Not only was the bartender extremely rude, but they charged us for drinks that were never served. We waited, nothing arrived, yet they still appeared on our bill. It’s a shame because the music and lighting are cool, but I won’t return to a place that charges customers for items they never received.
Had such a fun night last weekend but they scammed me. I got charged $47 for a $17 drink. I closed my tab and signed and added a $3 tip so my total should have only been $20. I have tried calling but get sent to an automated voice messaging system. I am incredibly frustrated and had no choice but to open a dispute with my bank since I have no means of directly speaking to someone.
I went here for a New Year’s Eve event with a cover charge. There was a misunderstanding with a drink order that could have been resolved calmly, but instead the bartender immediately accused us of having already taken drinks and told us to pay again. In a crowded NYE environment, mix-ups happen — but being spoken to rudely and accused of stealing, without any attempt to clarify, was extremely disappointing and unnecessary. I hope management trains staff to handle these situations more respectfully, especially during high-volume events.
Music was fire on Saturday nite - August 23. No idea who that DJ was, but my god, it was bangers one after another. Danced with friends for 4 straight hours and still wanted more. The atmosphere was on point as everyone was dancing their hearts out. The drinks were fine, nothing amazing but the music I’ll come back for. Assuming that DJ is back.
Let me preface with: People were dancing so… one person’s trash is another person’s treasure : Friday night, DJ got the floor started early like 10pm we got there it was already happening- but the DJ lost me at 11:30 w Spice Girls and Britney…. Drinks were not good. Service was spotty. Some good some omg no. Door guy was great. Vibe was welcoming. So all in all? Ok night out
The man bun-wearing bartender was impolite and unprofessional. He puffed his chest behind the bar and made a point of ignoring people. This isn't your calling; find another gig.
